I spent 3.4 years at Kyndryl India as a System Management Engineer — running Linux servers, IBM DB2 databases, and IIS web servers in 24×7 production environments where downtime had real business impact. That work taught me to stay calm under pressure and to always look for the root cause, not just the symptom.
In 2025, I made a deliberate move into DevOps and Cloud Engineering. Over a structured 90-day upskilling program, I earned the AWS Solutions Architect Associate and RHCSA certifications, then built four end-to-end projects — a Jenkins/ArgoCD GitOps pipeline, a multi-environment Terraform setup, a monitored Kubernetes microservices app, and a MERN stack deployed on a Kubernetes cluster I built from scratch with kubeadm.
I document every real error I hit along the way — not just the happy path — because that's what actually gets asked about in interviews, and what actually matters in production.
